I clicked OK but the result was not successful. The Outlook 365 reported the file could not be read and offered repairing it. But then I upgraded my laptop from WIN10 to WIN11 and installed MS Office 365 and wanted to open the file in Outlook 365. My critically important pst file was being backed up continuously on a microSD card and all was fine. I am extremely happy after recovering large *pst file :) I was using MS Outlook 2007 and Windows10 until mid December 2021. I am extremely happy after recovering corrupted pst file And Kudos to the actual people who helped me. REMO management kudos to you for making Customer Support a priority. To me when company shows it backs themselves up with high quality Customer Support it means they back their product. But sometimes I get surprised and impressed. How does a company keep the Support person's job doable? Every encounter with a person is stressful. It is a difficult job to listen to people who are angry, annoyed, frustrated and taking their stress out of the Support person. Good support is an ongoing and everyday challenge. I observed and felt, by the level of concern and effort of REMO's Support people, that one of the things they are definitely interested in being known for is being very Consumer friendly and have a welcoming Support Team.

I felt that REMO was going to stay with me until they got it to work right. It has been a long time since I can remember feeling that some anonymous person is actually interested in my problem. I found the interest in resolving my problem was high. When I called the Support team I actually got to speak the same Support person who was responding to my emails! We spent about 45 minutes on the phone together, until the problem was fixed. But the effort of support was top-notch! They answered every concern and question. The messages were helpful and supportive but I still could not get to the screen that would allow me to copy/move the previously deleted files to my hard drive.

There were numerous and detailed emails between myself and the REMO Support people over 2 - 3 days. I could not get to the screen, in the software, that allows me to do that.

The software did allow me to see the files and the contents. I needed to restore some jpg's and arw's.
